Josiah Keith House
One of the most rewarding parts of my journey as a photographer is the fascinating places and stories I get to capture. Today I had the privilege of photographing the Josiah Keith House, the oldest house in Easton, built in 1717.
This home holds so much history—George Washington’s Chief of Staff once stayed here, and Washington himself stayed just down the street. One of my favorite details from today’s shoot is the three circles carved into the stairs, which have a direct tie to George Washington.
Keep an eye out for the Easton 300 Anniversary Book, where you’ll find an amazing article sharing more of the incredible stories this house holds. I’m honored to help preserve them through photography.
